About the role:

As a Client Care and Correspondence, you will also be an ambassador for our Care Services and Complaint Resolution within Louis Vuitton ANZ.

You will be responsible for handling all Client enquiries via phone, live chat and email, as well as any queries regarding Care Services in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for handling and resolving escalation cases in line with the brand values and the Louis Vuitton attitudes. You will demonstrate excellent and exemplary customer service skills and a solutions-focused mindset, to ensure our clients have a seamless experience when contacting our Client Services team.


PROFIL

Your impact:

You will be an experienced customer service expert who can consistently deliver Client-centric responses to a various range of inquiries and requests; not limited to repairs and after sales, escalations and complaints. You will have the ability to ensure responses are timely and comprehensive to limit time delays and inconvenience to our clients.

As the ambassador for care services, you will demonstrate an active and genuine passion and strong enthusiasm for assisting clients and any questions from the Sales Team; whilst also showing you are capable to nurture a thorough knowledge of the technical aspects of the product, understand policies and procedures, and Care Service processes.
